Kelly is a printmaker and papermaker from Unionville, CT. She received a BFA in Printmaking from Hartford Art School and an MFA in Interdisciplinary Book and Paper Arts from Columbia College Chicago. She currently lives in Pensacola, Florida and teaches at the University of West Florida.
